Even though there was one standout coffee and a couple of decent ones, none of them were really any better or worse than what you’d find at your local coffee shop. A few points are worth mentioning. The coffees come in 200g packages, which means you’re getting less product. It looks like there’s a strong emphasis on Brazilian beans, which are usually cheaper to source. Delivery isn’t complimentary, which is understandable considering the regular delivery schedule and fuel costs, but just a heads up—most online retailers will throw in free shipping for similar order amounts. Plus, they use the unreliable Evri service, so it’s a gamble whether your order arrives in a week or ends up at a neighbor's house. The discount isn’t really 25% off; it’s 25% on the first payment—this isn’t made super clear on the site. The information that comes with the coffees is pretty detailed and leans more towards the grower’s story than the coffee itself (which I suppose is a more neutral approach), but given the quality of the coffees here, it feels more suited for casual coffee drinkers rather than true aficionados.

The Gold Box El Mirador has a unique fermented taste, featuring hints of Irish Cream. The Symposium North Kivu offers a delightful mix of dark chocolate and raspberry. Both are absolutely amazing! I really appreciate how much you’ve brightened up my mornings.

I'm really enjoying it so far, with some truly delicious options included. My only slight diva complaint is that the roast date is a tad older compared to a few other subscription services. But honestly, that's a small thing since it tastes amazing.

I'm satisfied with the item, but I was told to switch to decaf, which Batch doesn't offer in bean form. Tom was super helpful and quick to apologize, canceling my subscription in just a few minutes after I asked. Great service!

I've always liked coffee, but I'm just starting to really savor it, and this seemed like a great opportunity to sample various brews and find new roasters. I initially ordered a one-time box to give it a shot, and I absolutely love them, especially the Ibanda coffee from Perception. I even picked up a V60 for myself, and I'm getting way more flavor from the coffees now. The customer support has been amazing and super friendly as well. I'm definitely going to subscribe.
